These terms apply when you order from 3ROD through this website, on WhatsApp or by phone. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). The delivery fee is shown before you place your order.
We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp or by phone before we start printing. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a color or material runs out; if that happens, you pay nothing.
Some items are priced on request. We confirm their price before printing, and you can cancel at no cost if it doesn't suit you.

Payment is in cash on delivery, or when you pick up your order, unless we agree another way with you.

Most items are printed after you order. Each product shows how long it usually takes, and we confirm the timing when we confirm your order.
3D-printed pieces have fine layer lines, and colors can look slightly different from your screen or between batches of filament. This is normal and isn't a defect.
Personalized items are printed with exactly the text you give us, so please check the spelling.

When you send us a design, photo or 3D file, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We print it only for your order and don't share it.
We may decline requests that could infringe someone else's rights, break the law or be unsafe, such as weapons or parts for them.
Custom prints are priced one by one. We start once you accept the price.

Some products have small parts and aren't suitable for children under 3. Toys should be used with an adult nearby.
Our standard prints aren't made for contact with food or for high heat, unless the product page says so.

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to reprinting the item or refunding what you paid for it.
