Privacy policy

3ROD is a 3D printing studio in the United Arab Emirates. This page explains what we collect when you use this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone number, delivery emirate and address, and, if you add them, your email and notes. For personalized items, the text you ask us to print.
• When you send a custom print request: your name, phone, optional email, your description and any photos or 3D files you upload.
• When you review a product: the name you choose to show, your rating and your comment.
• Visits: we only count how many times pages are viewed each day. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
• Your browser keeps your cart, your language and your last order number on your own device, so the site remembers them.

How we use it

• To confirm, print, deliver and support your order, including contacting you on WhatsApp or by phone.
• To answer custom requests and send you a price.
• To keep records for accounting and to handle returns.

We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

• Our hosting and storage providers (Vercel and Supabase), which keep the website, the database and uploaded files. Their servers may be outside the UAE.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when we message you or receive alerts about new orders.
• Delivery partners, who get your name, phone and address only to deliver your order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as UAE accounting rules require. Files sent with custom requests are kept while we work on the request and may be deleted afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete your information by messaging us. We'll reply within 30 days. Some order records may have to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
