Delivery and returns

Delivery

• We deliver to all seven emirates. The fee for each emirate is listed on this page, and your cart shows it before you order.
• Most orders are printed within the days shown on the product, then delivered within 1 to 3 working days. We confirm the timing with you on WhatsApp.
• Please check your order when it arrives. If the box is damaged, tell the driver and send us a photo.

Pickup

When pickup is available, you can choose it at checkout. It's free, and we'll send you the exact location and a time on WhatsApp when your order is ready.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for free until we start printing. Once printing starts, personalized items and custom prints can't be cancelled.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Message us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with a photo. We'll reprint or replace the item, or refund it, at no extra cost to you.

Returns

• Standard (not personalized) items can be returned within 7 days if they're unused and in their original packaging. Return delivery is on you, unless the item was faulty.
• Personalized items and custom prints are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they're faulty or not what you ordered.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid in cash or by bank transfer within 7 working days of us receiving the item.
